I am a 30 something hospice social worker and mommy. I have a deep interest in the mind-body connection and of the healing process. I love to write, read, practice yoga, spend time with my friends and family.
I have an adorably, brilliant little four year old. (He is two in this original picture.)
And I have a delightfully brilliant fifteen year old step-daughter. (She is twelve in this picture.)
My husband makes beautiful glass creations which look like these:
We live simply but are full of love, life, and happiness.
